Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48hrs will not incur charges. If you do not meet this timeframe 50% of the booking will be withheld. All invoiced work is expected to be paid within 48 hours to avoid a 15% late payment fee. To be an invoiced customer you need to be a long-term client (approved by Mandala Mobile Massage Therapy) or a business.
